Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank, we are better positioned than ever before to realize our vision of increasing transparency and liquidity in the private markets.Job Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the IT teams in Cebu and Baguio Facilitate direct communication between the US-based Aumni IT Team and the Philippines IT Teams (in both Cebu and Baguio) Aid and support IT department members in daily operations and projects Ensure adherence to Aumni IT standards, policies and procedures Oversee and manage physical IT asset inventory Escalate complex support requests to US IT staff for resolution Quickly and effectively reporting any system downtime and performance issues to the US-based IT Manager Coordinate activities between multiple teams to ensure adherence to help desk ticketing resolution times Manage the Philippines-based IT Teams, in both Cebu and Baguio, including consultation on performance evaluations, career development, hiring and disciplinary responsibilities Provide leadership and mentoring to Philippines based IT staff; use a wide range of tools and techniques to maintain a collaborative, motivated, and positive team atmosphere Provide career-planning advice to team and create development plans to help IT team members achieve their career goals, including assigning of work which utilizes their skills and capabilities and provides them with opportunities for learning Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 3 years of IT supervisory experience Intermediate end-user IT support skills Fluency in technical terminology, with an understanding of the interrelationship of software, hardware, and networked environments Familiarity and prior usage of MacOS, Windows, MS Office applications Fundamental understanding of basic networking - Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Deferred Net Settlement (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), virtual private network (VPN, remote access, etc.) and Wi-Fi management Help Desk management software, video conferencing, web-based applications, and internet filtering software Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Five years' experience in an IT field preferred This employer is a corporate member of myGwork - LGBTQ+ professionals, the business community for LGBTQ+ professionals, students, inclusive employers & anyone who believes in workplace equality.
