Job Title: Vice President

Job Summary: As a Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a specific division or department within the organization. You will work closely with senior executives and other department heads to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department or division, ensuring that all projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and external partners Collaborate with other departments and divisions to ensure that all projects are aligned and integrated with the company's overall strategy Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and other team members, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards the same goals Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks Work with the HR department to recruit, train, and develop new talent for the department or division Ensure that all activities and initiatives comply with legal and regulatory requirements Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a relevant industry Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements Strong project management skills with experience in managing budgets and resources Working Conditions: The Vice President role may require working long hours, attending meetings outside of regular business hours, and traveling domestically or internationally as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php140,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary Performance bonus Yearly bonus Expected Start Date: 10/01/2024
