Vice President for Human Resources and AdministrationElev8 Holdings Inc. is seeking an innovative and passionate Vice President for Human Resources and Administration to lead our efforts in cultivating an exemplary workforce. This leader will drive our employees to embody the Elev8 ambassador spirit, focused on customer delight and excellence in performance while upholding our core values. The Vice President will oversee the Human Resources department, including talent acquisition, total rewards, labor relations, training, and organizational development, as well as the Administration department, which manages facilities, fleet operations, health and safety, and messengerial services.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership Development: Inspire and mentor employees to become Elev8 ambassadors, fostering a culture of customer delight and performance excellence throughout the organization.Talent Acquisition: Oversee the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and retain top talent aligned with the company's values and goals.Total Rewards Management: Design and implement competitive total rewards programs that motivate and engage employees, aligning compensation, benefits, and recognition with organizational objectives.Training and Development: Lead the training and organizational development initiatives to enhance employee skills, drive performance, and support career advancement within Elev8.Labor Relations: Manage labor relations effectively, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering positive relationships between management and employees.Administration Oversight: Direct the Administration department, ensuring effective management of facilities, fleet operations, health and safety programs, and messengerial services.Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that promote accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement across all teams.Culture and Values: Champion the company's values, promoting a positive workplace culture that prioritizes respect, collaboration, and ethical behavior.Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety policies are effectively implemented and continuously monitored, creating a safe working environment for all employees.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to align talent and administrative strategies with the overall business objectives of Elev8 Holdings Inc.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of driving employee engagement and organizational performance through effective talent management strategies.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with experience in managing labor relations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.Experience in facilities management and administrative operations is a plus.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within Elev8 Holdings Inc.
