Responsibilities:? Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company''s mission and strategic vision.? Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.? Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.? Work with the company''s executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.? Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.? Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.? Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development and compensation and benefits? Develop, create, implement and monitor processes to structure HR Admin dept and ensure efficient and successful output? Partner with heads of departments to define and identify career paths for employees, and establish performance measurements? Architect the company''s compensation and benefits offerings to ensure it''s fair, legal, and aligned with company strategy? Act as a trusted adviser to employees and to the leadership team? Build a strategy on attracting, building, and retaining talent? Build and scale the people team as needed? Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices, employee health, and safety, employee relations, etc.? Supervise the work of all HR and Admin personnel and provide guidance? Act to support the overall functionality of the office/s? Oversee HR and Admin operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements; align with VP Finance for monetary resources; minimize impact of variances; ensure cost -efficiencyQualifications:? A BS/BA degree and/or MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred? A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience? Certification, Human Resource Professional or equivalent preferred but not required? Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations? Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives? Experience in start-ups and growth stage companies a plus? Excellent verbal and written communication skills? Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills? Strong supervisory and leadership skills? Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations? Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
