Responsibilities: Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company''s mission and strategic vision.Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.Work with the company''s executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development and compensation and benefitsDevelop, create, implement and monitor processes to structure HR Admin dept and ensure efficient and successful outputPartner with heads of departments to define and identify career paths for employees, and establish performance measurementsArchitect the company''s compensation and benefits offerings to ensure it''s fair, legal, and aligned with company strategyAct as a trusted adviser to employees and to the leadership teamBuild a strategy on attracting, building, and retaining talentBuild and scale the people team as neededEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices, employee health, and safety, employee relations, etc.Supervise the work of all HR and Admin personnel and provide guidanceAct to support the overall functionality of the office/sOversee HR and Admin operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements; align with VP Finance for monetary resources; minimize impact of variances; ensure cost -efficiency Qualifications: A BS/BA degree and/or MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferredA minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experienceCertification, Human Resource Professional or equivalent preferred but not requiredExcellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulationsFull understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectivesExperience in start-ups and growth stage companies a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsKnowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
