Job Summary: The main responsibility of the Corporate Affairs Head is to build a strong sustainable company''s brand anchored on relationship-building with its key stakeholders. The Corporate Affairs Head is responsible for managing the company''s brand- both at the enterprise and BU levels, in order to build trust and credibility in engaging various stakeholders. It manages the image and reputation of the enterprise and leverages intelligence gathered from internal and external partners in creating a strong corporate brand. Responsibilities: Fosters good organization and oversees issues/complaint resolution that may impact the overall corporate brand; seeks opportunities to further strengthen company's sustainability through strong alliances and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role should be: Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies (masters degree preferable).At least 5 years experience in an Executive role, Experience building relationships with local media, government, and other external bodies Ability to translate strategy / complex material into clear communication plans and messaging Emergency media response experience and confidence in handling media enquiries in a crisis Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and deliver to deadlines Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with an ability to network and interact at all levelsThe ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.The ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.The ability to process negative feedback and remain professional.The ability to work onsite and in the office.
