Responsibilities Implements short term and long term fund raising and financial plans.Prepares long-term projections and Company valuation analysis by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data.Recommend strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of the group.Prepares special reports such as Company teasers, Company Information memorandums and status reports for Banks, Investment Houses and Investors.Collects, prepares, analyses, and summarize information and reports needed by Banks, Investment Houses, and existing and prospective Investors or Creditors.Collects, analyses, and summarize information and trends regarding financial markets and trends.Provides status of financial deals by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.Follow-up work results of fund raising activities both from internal and external parties.Completes Special Projects operational requirements by scheduling business and entertainment meetings with Banks, Investment Houses, and Investors.Maintains close contacts and good working relationships with both internal customers (Cluster and Department Heads), and external customers (Banks, Investment Houses, Corporate Lawyers, and existing and prospective Investors).In close coordination with the Legal Services Department, complies with SEC, BSP and PSE reportorial and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on needed actions.Maximizes return on financial assets by structuring and negotiating financial deals for the benefit of the Group.Maximizes revenue streams by identifying and recognizing new business opportunities that are compatible with the financial goals of the Group.Maintains Special Projects financial staffs by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintains Special Projects financial staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Protects Special Projects fund raising operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.Assists in the environmental scanning process of Corporate Planning. This includes the gathering, organizing and analyzing of financial information needed for the formulation of the strategic plans of the Company.Assists in the review, monitoring and revision of the financial aspects of the strategic plans under the corporate planning group. This includes the monitoring and analysis of budgets versus actual results and evaluation of revisions of plans and budgets if necessary.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;Certified Public Accountant;At least 3 to 5 years prior experience in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking as a Department Head. Worked in a Bank or Investment House;Well experienced in raising funds either through equity or debt;Sound understanding of Corporate Finance and Accounting principles;Strong experience in financial planning and modeling;The ability to process and analyze large amounts of numerical data;Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.);Pleasant personality and be able to handle self well in meetings with banks, investment houses and existing and prospective investors both local and foreign;Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills;Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Strong management and leadership skills;Excellent report-writing and communication skills (Business English).
