Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets across all segments (Prepaid, Postpaid, and Broadband).Align marketing initiatives with the company's vision, ensuring brand consistency and market competitiveness.Lead efforts to grow subscriber base across multiple channels, ensuring revenue growth in prepaid, postpaid, and broadband segments.Monitor and manage sales performance metrics, driving productivity and efficiency in all channels.Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand equity and improve daily revenues.Design and execute strategies to integrate online and offline channels, creating a cohesive omnichannel experience for customers.Oversee 360-degree marketing programs across various platforms, including digital, grassroots, and media channels, ensuring impactful and cohesive messaging.Strengthen segment affinity and engagement through targeted initiatives such as subculture marketing (music, gaming, anime, etc.), rewards programs, and content partnerships.Enhance customer retention by implementing innovative after-sales care and loyalty programs.Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.Drive territory and channel marketing strategies, leveraging network footprint and market potential to expand reach and grow customer base.Lead brand relaunches and market penetration strategies to boost subscriber acquisition and retention.Requirements: Proven track record in senior sales and marketing leadership roles within the telecommunications or related industries.Expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans with measurable outcomes.Strong experience in digital marketing, grassroots campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives.Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Preferred Skills and Experience: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and customer engagement strategies in both digital and traditional channels.Experience in subculture marketing (e.g., K-pop, gaming, music, etc.), grassroots campaigns, and strategic partnerships.Strong analytical and project management skills to handle complex multi-channel initiatives.
