The Verification Specialist / Mobilisation Compliance Analyst will ensure all employees meet compliance requirements and are fully prepared for mobilisation to work sites. The role involves verifying credentials, managing compliance documentation, and coordinating mobilisation processes for staff in alignment with Australian industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate employee credentials, including licenses, certifications, and qualifications.
Conduct background checks and ensure adherence to legal and client-specific compliance requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records of verified documentation.
Coordinate mobilisation plans for employees, including travel arrangements, inductions, and onboarding.
Ensure all compliance paperwork is completed and submitted before mobilisation.
Liaise with recruitment teams, project managers, and clients to manage compliance timelines.
Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate databases.
Monitor expiration dates for certifications and licenses, notifying relevant personnel of renewals.
Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
Serve as the point of contact for compliance inquiries from staff and clients.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to pre-screen candidates for compliance readiness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, recruitment, or mobilisation, preferably in Australian industries such as mining, construction, or logistics.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in compliance software and document management systems.
Advanced communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Knowledge of Australian employment laws, visa regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
Experience with mobilisation platforms and systems (is a plus)
Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking compliance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with Australian health and safety standards and site-specific induction processes.
