Your responsibilities You will help analyze and identify gaps in vendor operations processes You will assist the vendor operations team with assessing and troubleshooting vendor operations issues and concerns You will communicate with Foodpanda vendors to investigate and resolve any issues that are hindering their day-to-day operations You will also be involved in the rollout of vendor content enrichment and optimization initiatives with partner vendors Foodpanda has a steep learning curve and because of that, not a day is dull here! About you Relevant knowledge in stakeholder management and communication is a must Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset Must be able to manage and analyze data sets using Excel and is well versed in data reporting and storytelling Experience with SQL and Data Studio tools is a plus You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
