We are looking for an energetic and driven Van Salesman to join our team at Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for distributing and selling our ORO socks, stockings, and OMG cosmetics directly to retail outlets within assigned routes. As a Van Salesman, you will build and maintain relationships with store owners, ensuring that our products are readily available and well-displayed to maximize sales opportunities. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a company van to assigned locations to deliver and sell ORO socks, stockings, and OMG cosmetics to retail partners.
- Build strong relationships with store owners and managers to ensure product visibility and placement.
- Accurately record sales, manage inventory levels, and report daily transactions.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities to grow the customer base within the assigned area.
- Ensure timely deliveries and maintain product quality by following proper handling and storage procedures.
- Gather customer feedback on product satisfaction and share it with the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Keep the van organized and manage stock levels, making sure all products are accounted for.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in the retail or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector.
- Driver's License: Must have a valid professional driver's license.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a good understanding of customer needs and product promotion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build customer relationships and communicate effectively.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift, carry, and handle products during loading and unloading.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage inventory, record sales accurately, and maintain organized work practices.
- Geographic Knowledge: Familiar with the assigned sales area for efficient route planning and delivery.
Preferred Qualities:
