Valuation Manager

Job Purpose Primarily responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the implementation and operations of the department including but not limited to formulation, development, establishment, and implementation of a set or sets of policies, guidelines, and procedures that shall govern the programs, management, and operation of the department. ResponsibilitiesManages and supervises the staff and operations of the departmentMaintains and improves the departmental plans, systemsFormulates, develops, establishes, and implements policies, guidelines, and procedures of the departmentDevelops and manages a pool of external service providers (ESP) for corporate service requirementsSee to it that the department provides reliable and quality reports, data, information, and servicesPerforms other job-related projects as may be assigned from time to timeTasksReviews and approves reports done by the Valuation Specialist, Valuation/Product Manager, ESPPrepares and submits periodic reports to management on the production and performance of the staff and ESPsScreens prospective employees and ESPsPrepares annual budgetProvides technical support, training, and seminars to the other departmentsCoordinates with the other departments and ESPsReviews and signs Letters of EngagementsReviews and signs Payment Requisition FormRepresents the department in meetings (Committees, KRA, MANCOM)Performs fieldwork
