Job Qualification

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Real Estate Management Atleast 5 years of working experience in Real Estate Appraisal industry Registered Civil Engineer and licensed Real Estate Appraiser, an advantage Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications Above average report writing skills (Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuation reports) Demonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels Must possess good leadership skills Ability to work under pressure, can work extended hours, if needed Must be willing to work on an office based and fieldwork set-up Willing to travel for site inspections (local & abroad) Available to start anytime 4 Full-time positions available. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
