JOB SUMMARY:
The position is primarily responsible for the following functional areas;
Carpark Operational and Cashiering TransactionsReports and DocumentationCash HandlingCustomer Service JOB SPECIFICS: Carpark Operational and Cashiering Transaction: Ensure and Maintain smooth cashiering transactions at all times.Ensure strict compliance with all carpark rules and regulationsMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of the carpark booth and vicinity.Assist and Mentor Trainee Parking Cashiers during their site exposure, shadowing, and hands-on activity. Reports and Documentation: Ensure accurate, complete and on-time submission of all carpark reportHourly Accountability ReportUpdating the parking cashier logbookHonest LogbookCommunication LogbookCard and Car Inventory LogbookChange Fund/ Endorsement LogbookBack out/ spill over vehicle LogbookAccomplishing the Carpark Checklist Daily and reporting immediately to LC any negative findingsDaily ChecklistBooth ChecklistMaintenance Checklist Cash Handling : Perform diligently standard cashiering procedureStrictly issuance of parking tickets to all customersStrict compliance of turnover of funds and documentsEnsure proper safekeeping of sales and funds at all times.Strictly no fraudulent activity at all costs. Customer Service: Ensure and maintain quality customer service execution at all timesQuality Customer Greetings during entrance and exit of the parkerGenuine Smile to every customer encounterRespectful approach to customers and colleagues at all timesEnsure and maintain a professional approach to all dealings and situationInform LC immediately of any incidents that occur in the carpark site.
