Va For Nurses (Work From Home)

We are looking for Virtual Assistants for Nurses who are registered nurses to assist with administrative tasks, patient communication, appointment scheduling, and other support services. This role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while utilizing your nursing background.Specializes in organizing patient care and treatments by including all members of the patient's care team. We often focuses on medical conditions such as diabetes, congestive heart failure, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and depression. Overall, helps prevent gaps in patient care and assist in transitions of care. The goal is to improve patient outcomes, assist patients in accessing the care they need (especially specialty care), prevent hospital and emergency room visits, and promote a continuum of care for the patient.Qualifications:- At least with 2- year clinical or bed side experience- Excellent English communication skills- interpersonal communication or customer service skills/call center experience is a plus- familiar with Electronic Medical Record or at least with basic computer skills- CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
