We are seeking a creative and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually engaging graphics, crafting compelling captions, and managing the company's social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of social media trends and best practices to help grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Design high-quality, on-brand visuals and graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital ads. Create eye-catching infographics, promotional images, banners, and multimedia content tailored for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that designs align with branding guidelines and overall marketing objectives. Edit and resize images, videos, and other digital assets as needed for optimal display on different platforms. Content Creation: Write engaging and creative captions for social media posts that align with the company's tone and messaging. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm new content ideas for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives. Research trends and industry-related content to ensure captions are relevant and capture the audience's attention. Optimize posts with hashtags, keywords, and CTAs to increase reach and engagement. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule posts across all major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite) and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and reach. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously improve the brand's social media presence. Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. Coordinate with other teams (content, design, PR, etc.) to ensure consistency in messaging and aesthetics across all digital channels. Collaborate on the creation and implementation of paid advertising strategies (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) when needed. Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. Content Creation: Strong writing and content creation skills, with experience creating engaging captions and social media content. Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for engagement. Technical Skills: Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Analytics: Ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creativity: Strong creative and visual skills, with an eye for design and the ability to translate ideas into compelling content. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with video editing or creating motion graphics for social media (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Familiarity with SEO principles, especially related to social media and content marketing.
