He/she helps uncover new design ideas, support feasibility tests on prototypes and communicates results of design tests and project implementation. He/she May lead UX Research projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives & acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience in UX Design. UXD Senior specialist contributes to process improvements. He/she occasionally leads the work of small project teams; provides informal guidance to junior staff & works with minimal guidance.
What you will do:
Designs and conduct usability and user studies using various qualitative and quantitative methods Help generate insights that fuel ideation and evaluate designs Carry out frequent competitor analysis Help share and advocate research findings through presentations, written reports, and innovate creative delivery of research findings Continually keeps him/herself updated with the latest changes in industry's standards. Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and UX researchers. What you should have: Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field 3-5 Years' experience in User Experience Research Fundamental skills as displayed in sample case studies Fluency in written & speaking communication in both English & Filipino Proven Experience in UX, Usability, Human Factors Interaction, Psychology, or related discipline Exciting enough?
