**Position Description**
**Strategy Lead**: You will have expertise leading strategy development, with an emphasis on innovation and growth strategies, in partnership with global organizations across multiple industries,
- You have successfully architected strategy solutions and advised and led organizations through the development and implementation of long-term growth strategies
- You have experience shaping strategic observations and insights to the needs and communication style of senior executives.
- You have experience helping organizations leverage digital technology to enable growth objectives.
- Made meaningful business contributions to clients/customers in a variety industries and geographies
**Engagement Lead***: You will serve as a spokesperson, consultant, and influencer on behalf of the Experience delivery team, and effectively and continuously communicate with customers to define problems and KPI's for all digital projects.
- Demonstrated track record building and sustaining relationships with client executives and developing and winning business opportunities in multiple industries
- Be a change-agent, game-changer, and collaborator to mobilize "one GM experience"
**Interaction Designer***: You will be responsible for business requirement definition, user journey mapping, process design, root-cause analysis and providing system improvement recommendations
- You understand the landscape of emerging technology, tools and platforms and how it can enable solve customer problems.
- Consolidate and share research/discovery findings & business partner artifacts to team members to support in design & development efforts
- Ability to critically analyze and provide improvements to interaction / action points throughout users journey
- Define strategy for and enforce "usability" experiences and solutions.
**Experience Architect**:You will be responsible for providing thought leadership around the platforms and systems used by the User Experience Transformation team, ensuring we align to best practices and standards
- Guide strategy around technology platform and solutions best on current best in class standards and practices
**UX Designer**: You are responsible for the development of user centered experiences and solutions.
- Able to provide rapid prototyping in Hi and Lo Res variations
- Experience in both code development (html /css / JavaScript) as well as having an eye for clean, modern design.
- Strong ability to manage multiple time driven projects with quality
- Provide thought leadership on opportunities to leverage existing technology that could meet design and content management needs
- Experience using Adobe's suite of marketing tools (Experience Manager, Site Catalyst, Audience Manager, etc.)
with SharePoint experience being a plus
**Content Strategist**: You are responsible for both defining the strategy and building the content architecture for user centered solutions.
- Collaborate with visual designers, UX writers and UI engineers, from conceptualization to implementation, to ensure user needs are accounted for through each digital experience
- Create content templates / structures to aid designers in experience creation.
- Lead workshops to design the structure and flow of business experiences that satisfy business expectations and goals in addition to consulting with the business on the content creation process and improvements
- Ensure content presented in experiences aligns to GM's standard in tone and style.
**UX Lead**: Responsible for the end-to-end successful delivery of UX projects focused on providing one GM user experience that delivers user-centered solutions.
- Utilizing industry best practices, techniques and standards, the Project Manager will lead digital User Experience projects/workstreams to ensure they meet all scope, schedule, resource and quality expectations through entire project life cycle.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project strategy, adjustments, and progress.
**Additional Job Description**
**Requirements**:
- Degree in a related field (e.g.
Communications, Journalism, English, Human Behavioral Sciences, Design)
- Proven track record of leveraging design thinking methodology
- Advocate for best practices within a User Experience organization
- Experience creating for a global audience and in the automotive space
- A portfolio of delivering high
- quality user centered solutions in highly dynamic environments
- Strong Analytical Thinking skills
**Other Important Qualifications**:
- Willingness to work on **NIGHT **shift
- Strong acumen in UX design with expertise with HTML and Javascript
- Understanding of design sprints
