Conducting comprehensive user research to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand user needs. Use these insights to inform design decisions and enhance user experience. Integrating visual design elements with user experience considerations across various development projects, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience. Seamlessly juggle multiple responsibilities, from user research to design execution, maintaining a balance between strategic vision and hands-on work. Working within an agile framework, participating in weekly sprints to deliver iterative design improvements and updates. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented. As a UX/UI Designer Lead, you need to have Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio. Has a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD preferred). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Working Hours:
This part-time role requires at least 4 hours per day, between 3 PM and 12 AM Philippine Time.
