As a UX Analyst in LegalMatch Philippines, your job is to help the company deliver better products by conducting regular evaluation and testing of our software from an end-user perspective. Your output will contribute towards improving existing features and developing new feature ideas for potential implementation.
Responsibilities:
Understanding how end users are interacting with our various products and use this knowledge along with your user testing and usability experience to question and identify defects and improvements Conducting regular testing for user experience, ensuring that users are learning and using our interfaces more quickly and effortlessly; reporting test findings to Product and QA teams Looking into various blockers for conversion and propose improvements Working with other analysts in the company to determine baseline for task success rate, time on task, user error rate, and others; conduct analysis and testing in order to help us improve performance based on these measures Ensure user journey meets business & customer standards, highlighting issues or improvements during requirements / testing phases?? Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to meet the needs of customers, contributing domain knowledge and ideas that will help us develop better features for LegalMatch customers. At least 3 years of experience as a UX tester/Analyst. Creative and tech savvy With thorough understanding of UX design, information architecture, and testing for conversion; a background in design thinking will be great Passionate about UX and quality Proactive and a great communicator Our ideal candidate possesses the following traits:
