Utility Staff

The Utility Staff (all around) is responsible for performing general cleaning and maintenance at all assigned areas inside and outside company premises/property ensuring healthy and safety regulations.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clean assigned work areas inside and outside of the company.
- Perform landscaping duties including tree trimming, weeding and watering of plants.
- Maintaining and monitoring of PPEs, cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist in other maintenance tasks such as replacing light fittings and broken fixtures.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of all volatile cleaning aids, liquid or powder.
- Ensure that all utility assignments have been completed and signed off.
- Report all utility-related incidents/accidents to immediate superior.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least with High School Graduate.
- With at least 1-year minimum experience in a similar position.
- Knowledgeable in facility maintenance management and trouble-shooting skills.
- Familiar with basic health and safety requirements
- Flexible, keen on details, trainable and hardworking.
- Must be in good physical condition
- Can communicate well: verbal and written

**Salary**: From Php10,492.83 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carmona, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Junior High School (preferred)
