Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of all work areas and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:
• Highschool Graduate
• 2 years of relevant experience
• With previous experience in janitorial
• Responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks
• Mechanical skills, light maintenance and repair besides cleaning duties
• Competent cleaning, trustworthy and reliable
• Other job responsibilities may include banking deposits and arranging company permits
