Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the exterior and interior parts of company premises.Ordering and maintaining the cleaning supplies.Conducting basic repairs and maintenance equipment.Performing basic landscaping duties including watering plants.Inspect utility lines, equipment, and components to identify problems and make recommendations.Maintain and replace lightsPerform routine preventative maintenance.Inspect and test equipment to determine running and efficiency.Running errands: loading/ unloading items into and out of the delivery vehiclePick up and deliver documents, packages, and other items between offices, banks, and establishmentsTraveling by foot or public transportation.Preferably living near Parañaque City
