Job Opportunity: USRN Team Leader (NY License)
Location: Ortigas, Philippines (Onsite)
Salary: 95k - 100k
Shift: Night Shift

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced USRN Team Leader for a Healthcare BPO account in Ortigas.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of USRN professionals in a Healthcare BPO setting.
Handle a UMR (Utilization Management Review) account.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure quality performance and compliance.
Monitor and ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and company procedures.
Collaborate with clients to resolve any escalated issues or concerns.
Qualifications:

Must have 2-3 years of experience as a USRN Team Leader in the BPO industry.
Active USRN license in New York (NY).
Active Philippine Nurse (PHN) license.
Experience handling UMR accounts is a plus.
Amenable to working the night shift.
Can start ASAP.
Must be able to work onsite in Ortigas.
