Usrn Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Coordinates work activities with other supervisors
• Develops plans to meet short-term objectives
• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan.
• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment.

Required Skills:
• Active USRN Licensed.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in ER/Med-Surg/Critical Care Units or at least 1.5 years of experience in claims clinical reviews.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.
• Ability to serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
