Job Description Responsible for designing and delivering high performing clinical-related learning programs and solutions which is aligned with the business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a capability building strategy based on skills identified as necessary to achieve overall organization goals
Handle curriculum and content development, module designing, evaluating training feedback, and providing recommendations to further enhance the effectiveness of trainings
Design training aids like activities, role plays, case studies, etc. in order to make the training session more lively and interactive
Responsible for end to end training management and delivery
Oversee the NCLEX review program of the company and the USRN license activation and renewal, clinical continuing education of nurses, local license renewal management, and US healthcare management system deployment
Build capability of Trainers through training and certification
Minimum Qualifications Filipino Graduate of BS Nursing with active USRN License With combined Five (5) years of experience in BPO USRN Healthcare operations and as a USRN account Trainer. Preferably with master's degree in Nursing education or experience as an NCLEX Reviewer Experience in NCLEX training module development Knowledgeable in NCLEX processing and licensing Above average verbal and written English communication skills and presentation skills Excellent coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills Amenable to non-traditional work schedule, including working on weekends and holidays Willing to work onsite in Pasay (Mall of Asia) Office Address Mall of Asia, Roxas Blvd, 1308 Pasay City, Philippines Feel secure when applying: look for the verified icon and always do your research on a company.
