The Lexmark UX team drives innovation through empathy, creative ideation, and cross-functional collaboration. By design we question assumptions, challenge the status quo, and deliver products and services that exceed our clients' expectations.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Identify key opportunities and influence the business strategy based on an acute understanding of the needs and expectations of our users, customers, and partners- Ensure that user experiences align with business goals.- Collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve experience design and create innovative solutions- Practice Design Thinking to generate empathy and innovation- Generate storyboards, user workflows, rapid prototypes, and wireframes- Conduct research to identify and validate user behaviors and requirements- Guide interaction design reviews and iterations with usability principles and testing data- Generate user personas and user scenarios- Define usability study protocols, moderate studies, analyze study data, write testing report, and propose design recommendations- Keep up with UX and UI design trends.- Inspire team members with technical and professional guidance on career development.- Identify opportunities for process improvement within and outside of the team.**Key Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in relevant field- Experience in UX design and conducting user research is an advantage- Strong interest in the field of User Experience- Creativity and ability to see opportunities in problems- Ability to work well with other groups and with different levels of management- Ability to deal with ambiguity- Excellent communication and presentation skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Company events- Employee discount- Flexible schedule- Flextime- Free parking- Health insurance- Life insurance- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay
