About the Role
We seek a Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in the recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to identifying top talent in global markets.


What you'll do
Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand the specific hiring needs and job requirements.
Source candidates from diverse channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess suitability based on client needs.
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and facilitate communications between candidates and the internal recruitment team.
Conduct reference checks and ensure candidate compliance with international hiring standards.
Stay informed about global recruitment trends and best practices.
Ensure all processes comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
What You Bring
Minimum of 4 years in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting in an offshore or international setting.Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting US-based talents is a must.
Strong understanding of global talent acquisition processes.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in recruiting for tech roles is highly preferred.
