24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc. (24HRPO), one of the pioneers of the RPO industry in the Philippines is looking for US Recruiters! Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Psychology, Human Resource or business-related course (preferred but not required). At least 1-2 years of RPO experience (US Market) in IT, Life Sciences and Biopharma industries. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internet-based sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, The Ladders, etc. Understanding of the Boolean search language and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches. Ability to develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies. Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly present complex information.
