Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and pre-screening candidates in various healthcare roles. This individual will play a key role in supporting our pioneer account/client, helping to build their workforce and drive business success. The Senior Recruiter will also have the opportunity to mentor peers and participate in career development initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

?Fostering long-term relationships with candidates
?Ensure healthcare professionals' credentials, qualifications, and certifications meet the requirements set by regulatory bodies and healthcare facilities
?Verify that healthcare professionals hold current and valid licenses o registrations
?Provide support for ongoing compliance maintenance, updating records, and ensuring continuous adherence to regulatory and facility-specific requirements

Qualifications

?Willing to learn about healthcare recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and pre-screening candidates.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.
?Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and objectives.
?Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
