**DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.
Responsible for handling front-end or end-to-end recruitment (depending on the client needs)

Responsible for sourcing qualified professionals

Responsible for scheduling interviews with the hiring manager

9.
May be provided different data mining tools to utilize for tracking, such as in-house ATS and VMS systems (Salesforce, Bullhorn, etc.)
if applicable

10.
Responsible for communicating with the hiring manager on the status of their requirements

11.
Responsible for presenting applicant portfolio based on the required format to their respective client/s

13.
Responsible for researching new approaches to understand the requirement/s better

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

1.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related business course or degree

2.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the RPO industry

3.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

4.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

5.
Good planning and time management skills

6.
Creative and analytical

7.
Can work with mínimal supervision

8.
Must be willing to learn

9.
Willing to work on shifting schedules

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
