Drake's top client – a shared service/logistics company is hiring an HR Coordinator to be part of their collaborative team in Makati City.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting Support (25%)
Perform new hire validations for various positionsProcess all background checks to include pre-adverse (Will partner with Recruiter as needed)Coordinate the scheduling of all new hires for day 1 (Partners with HR and Hiring Manager)Manage new hire Inquiries received through general HR/Recruiting box
Human Resources Support (25%)
Manage new hire communicationsTrain to run various recurring HR reportsProcess transactions as assigned in the Paycom HRISHelp run audits, update employee information and perform any administrative tasks as assigned by team.
Payroll/Benefits Support (25%)
Train to answer basic questions for new hires regarding benefits/payroll Manages the Payroll Inquiry InboxAssist payroll/benefits team to perform payroll auditsGenerate reports from Paycom HRIS: Manage the cA PTO Monthly Reporting, Missing hours, headcount etc.)Perform payroll/benefits data entry work based on operational needs
Training & Development Support (25%)
Track all completed employee trainingFaun training reports (i.e. Incomplete training and do follow ups, completed training by week/month)Manage enrollmentsUpdate and send out training calendar to all regions Qualifications: With bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related.With 2-3 years of human resources, coordination, and administration experience. Background in a shared service setup is an advantage.Skilled in HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems (ATS)Skilled in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Willing to work in a WFH setup (might ask to go onsite during executive visits in Manila) in a night shift schedule (US time)Excellent written and communication skills.
