Excellent spoken and written Communication Skills. Has to have a good understanding of US culture Able to independently work with customer & map requirement Able to do baseline of existing staff & train/upskill them as per customer required benchmark on US culture/Soft skill Share weekly & monthly progress report with customer Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts Needs to have strong training ability Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized Good reading / learning, researching Skills High level of mental maturity. Good Administrative experience working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Basic and operational knowledge of the internet Candidate Specification: US national or someone who has spent 8 to 10 years in US Total Experience - Between 1 to 3 years - Training Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision, ability to deliver to deadlines and follow up on commitments
