JOB DESCRIPTION: Identify and categorize various claims/policy related documents and process based on established document workflows.Work with department leads for issues, questions and workflow improvement opportunities.Oversee the follow-up for missing information.Provide direction and training to Claims Clerks.Prepare inbound correspondence for imaging to route for processing/final disposition.Monitor email boxes, inboxes and other systems to fulfill requested services.Process inbound checks related to claims/policy accounts.Prepare outbound correspondence for print fulfillment.Provide UW support (Legacy policy account information requests) for policy number assignment.Digitize correspondence and route to individuals and departments.Retrieve and deliver mail and packages from USPS and 3rd party vendors for processing.Process Certified and COMs manifests to meet compliance requirements.Utilize specialized imaging software to process claims/policy related correspondence.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.Can work on a Nightshift schedule and 100% Onsite.1-3 years claims processing workflow experience.Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills.Ability to multi-task.Ability to take and follow directions.Ability to efficiently follow up to find missing information.
