- Developing Organizational Financial Strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
- High-level financial reporting and analysis
- Regular budget consolidation
- Cash flow management
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Stakeholder management, Debt management and collection
- Supervising and Reviewing Accounting Practices: At both small and large companies, financial controllers supervise accounting teams.
Check accuracy and ensure that all work meets applicable compliance standards.
- Improving Efficiency: As leaders in for-profit organizations, helps identify ways to improve financial efficiency.
Excel at cutting costs and boosting businesses' profits.
- Managing Relationships with Stakeholders: Extend beyond internal concerns.
Manage relationships with a company's investors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings

**Requirements**:
- Accounting graduate CPA license.
5+yrs experience as Business/Accounting Analyst
- Knowledge in KPI metrics, performance evaluation, product/pricing auditor
- Specialized expertise in areas relevant to remodeling/roofing operations.
- Product cost, inventory, purchase orders, data number cruncher, costing, invoices, material & good, profit/non profit, organize financial data
- Reviews invoices, receives job costs, evaluates & monitors profit.
- Cost analysis job profit monitoring ( invoices vs labor )
- Sales commissions and data organizer, sales goals, stats percentage,
- Proficient in MS Office suite, CRM software, content writing, QuickBooks user
- Creates excel sheets that produce data etc.
**Compensation**:
- Starting $7+/hour depending on skills & qualifircations
