**What you'll be doing?

- Follow-up with consumers within a 24-hour time regarding the preliminary telephone call up.
Even if it is to just touch base and let user know questions is still being studied.
- Deliver superior quality user support on every call.
- Cross market useful offerings or solutions given by the company
