Qualifications:
Must have time management skills, comfortable in a fast paced environmentMust have demonstrated leadership skills

Must be flexible and can do multi-tasking

Must be amenable to work permanent night shift and onsite

Responsibilities:
Motivates employees to achieve performance standards of quality, productivity and sales

Handle all types of customer contacts, most importantly escalated contacts from customers seeking help with their issues

Handles complaints, settles disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts

Identifies and communicates common customer trends to WP Live / Blue Sky Senior Manager

Motivates employees to achieve performance standards of quality, productivity and sales

Partners with Training to identify individual representatives? developmental needs
