SALES ADMIN STAFF
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in training employees with product, process and corporate standard.
Ensures that all inquiries being monitored and attended.
Ensure that all Quotation are submitted timely and accurately. That all price is correct and align with the corporate standard.
Ensures that all sales report are submitted on timely and accurately.
Ensures that all sample are
monitored, process and are properly accounted to the concern department.Ensures that all sponsorship ( approved/ non approved) are being monitored, process and are properly charge to the concern department.
Ensures that all records/ files are well kept and retrievable.
Meet KPI target set by Department.
Ensures proper coordination with internal department or interfaces.
Make and submit report that required by the immediate head.
Ensures that all inquires forwarded by the corporate Telesales is being attended by the concern person.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical skill(s):
Analytical ability, Proficient in computer Application and system use like SAP.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Self motivated person that works on own initiative to ensure full support to the team.
Team player and proactive.
With strong ethics and keen to details
Flexible and willingness to undertake a wide range of task and duties upon request.
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
