OPERATIONS MANAGER

Reporting to:
Operations Manager

Job Summary

To work with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure that goals are met, project milestones are accomplished, and that the business functions efficiently.
Job Specification

With a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university, preferably business or management related.
At least 5 years of work experience with at least two years in operations

Experience in implementing new processes and systems is preferred.
Tech savvy and proficient in using the tools used by a modern workplace (Microsoft Office, Videocall conferencing)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent coordination skills and adept at working with multiple stakeholders

Excellent Project management skills

Strong organizational, critical thinking,

and interpersonal skills.Willing to work in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

Primary duties & Responsibilities

Be a part of the core team that would be responsible for implementing a technology solutions that would completely overhaul the operations of the company.
Familiarity with technology implementation is preferred, but what is important is ability and curiosity to learn the operations and provide assistance in the implementation

Assist in the vendor selection process and once selected, manage the vendor and ensure the business user requirements are delivered

Prepare the implementation plan, identify key project milestones, and ensure the team is aligned towards it

Ensure that the project timeline is met and follow through with the team to deliver the project milestones

Maintain proper records and documents from vendors
