OPERATIONS MANAGERReporting to:Operations ManagerJob SummaryTo work with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure that goals are met, project milestones are accomplished, and that the business functions efficiently.Job SpecificationWith a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university, preferably business or management related.At least 5 years of work experience with at least two years in operationsExperience in implementing new processes and systems is preferred.Tech savvy and proficient in using the tools used by a modern workplace (Microsoft Office, Videocall conferencing)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent coordination skills and adept at working with multiple stakeholdersExcellent Project management skillsStrong organizational, critical thinking,and interpersonal skills.Willing to work in Bacolod City, Negros OccidentalPrimary duties & ResponsibilitiesBe a part of the core team that would be responsible for implementing a technology solutions that would completely overhaul the operations of the company.Familiarity with technology implementation is preferred, but what is important is ability and curiosity to learn the operations and provide assistance in the implementationAssist in the vendor selection process and once selected, manage the vendor and ensure the business user requirements are deliveredPrepare the implementation plan, identify key project milestones, and ensure the team is aligned towards itEnsure that the project timeline is met and follow through with the team to deliver the project milestonesMaintain proper records and documents from vendors
