SPROBE INC. Is urgently looking for:  PROJECT MANAGER(Cebu-based) Requirements: Graduate of bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Engineering related courseSolid end to end Project Management experienceStrong Risk/Issue Management SkillsStrong People Management/Development skillsCustomer and client management skillsFamiliar with programming languages, database, and operating systems experienceCompetent and proficient understanding of platformMust have a good understanding of the SDLC processesExperience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyUnderstand the Overall Business Goal of a ProjectProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineWillingness to learn and adapt to the company's best practices, processes, and standardsResponsibilities: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.Collaborate with the Business Analyst and Stakeholdersin defining project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals.Coordinate with the different initiatives within the ITO department to improve the quality of services by analyzing business needs.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Track project milestones and deliverables.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations if needed.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.Provide leadership for project team by coaching and motivating members to meet project goals.Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the projectConduct project retrospective and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Support initiatives/groups like PMO, Application Maintenance SupportEnsure that the project is following the end-to-end process set by the company.Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget while maintaining a high quality.Develop a detailed project plan including project schedule, issues/risk analysis, and regular reporting to monitor the team's progress and concerns.
