Reponsibilities: Business Planning: Align regional inputs with the organization's business strategy to develop the department's business plan.Vendor Evaluation: Participate in evaluating vendors, consolidating findings, and supporting deployment planning.Metrics Review: Analyze relevant metrics and provide region-specific insights for the service team's monitoring and reporting framework.Financial Planning: Plan and project financials (Capex, Opex, licenses, etc.), secure budget allocations, and manage expenses for resource procurement.SLA Compliance: Analyze service level agreements (SLAs), ensure compliance across the region, and implement action plans to meet targets.Quarterly Reviews: Review service metrics quarterly with stakeholders, initiate action plans based on feedback, and ensure compliance with business relationship processes.Training Needs: Identify training requirements and provide guidance to enhance team competencies.Operational Statistics: Consolidate and review operational statistics to ensure optimal utilization of data communication assets.Asset Management: Define and implement hardware and software asset management processes, ensuring compliance and driving improvements.Policy Communication: Communicate IT service policies and updates effectively, creating templates to enhance user compliance and awareness. Key Requirements: 18+ years of relevant experience in the role or same capacity and have managed medium to large teams delivering/managing IT OperationsSolid understanding of Business Process Outsourcing or Business Process Management operationsHands-on exposure in terms of technology and have a good view of the Global Delivery Model (GDM)Strong client/stakeholder relations with the ability to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners.Preferably someone who can start immediately
