Key Reponsibilities: - Consolidate, review, and provide regional inputs and project regional requirements/plans aligned to the organizations business strategy to formulate the departments business plan. - Take part in the vendor evaluation process, consolidate, and present the results to assist the vendor/product evaluation process and/or to assist the service owner in deployment planning. - Review the relevant metrics and provide region-specific inputs to the service team to account for the same while defining the monitoring and reporting framework. - Plan and project the financial addressing Capex, Opex, License, Datacomm and Services cost, get the budget allocation and plan the expenses in respective cycles to ensure procurement of required resources for delivery and support of services. - Analyze and set the action plan to adhere to SLAs defined, review, direct and ensure SLA compliance across the region to ensure approved SLA process covering all services and that approved targets are met. - Review and analyze the service metrics, present in quarterly review with Unit Head, DC EC, and other stakeholders, initiate action plan based on feedback and follow up till closure to comply with the business relationship management process. - Identify the training requirements are provide inputs to individuals in the team to sustain and improve the team competency. -Consolidate and review the available operations statistics and provide inputs, review the utilization to endure optimum utilization of data communication assets and that the business needs are met. - Hardware and Software Asset Management: Define the process, ensure implementation, review compliance and anchor improvement initiatives. - Communicate on IT service policies and processes, service availability, service reporting and create templates for communication to ensure that users comply with policies and are informed on updates. Key Requirements: - 18+ years of relevant experience in the role or same capacity and have managed medium to large teams delivering/managing IT Operations - Solid understanding of Business Process Outsourcing or Business Process Management operations - Hands-on exposure in terms of technology and have a good view of the Global Delivery Model (GDM) - Excellent Communication Skills, someone who is comfortable in making tough business decisions. - Good People Management Skills, someone who can guide the team to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong client/stakeholder relations with the ability to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners. - A team-player who understand processes and quality aspects. - Amenable to be working on-site (BGC, Taguig) in shifting schedule. - Preferably someone who can start immediately.
