The Role This role is part of the Product Support team within Benefits Outsourcings Product & Technology group. With us you will: Collaborate with the Health and Pension Practice Governance and BDS teams to understand how to proactively provide the required support to client teams through product or process enhancements, documentation, training, etc.Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to implement, maintain and deliver Demo environments used to support current and prospective clients.Collaborate with Product Development teams on the design and development of new product features from project inception to rollout.Provide input on opportunities to improve Product documentation and training that will better enable colleagues to successfully deliver BenefitConnect functionality to our clients.Vet, validate, and manage reported core defectsParticipate in all new feature early adopter and rollout programsProvide consultative services on technical issues to client project teams The Requirements Experience in executing Agile and Continuous Delivery best practicesExperience working in cross-functional virtual teamUnderstanding of full life cycle development right from the requirements gathering to deliveryExperience with testing products on any of the following technology: .NET, SQL, XML, web servicesHave the ability to set priorities and undertake complex tasks with minimal supervisionBS / BA degree or relevant experienceProviding implementation configuration guidance to client teamsReviewing and providing input on client specific solutions
