Work set up: Hybrid - 2x a Week WFHRequirements:Bachelors degree, certificate, or equivalent practical experience in design or a related field3 or more years of relevant work in a design, marketing or publishing company, or within a corporate design teamAn impressive portfolio of workHigh proficiency in design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic proficiency in FigmaStrong design skills, especially in layouts, typography and color, as well as expert production knowledge including file setup, image optimization and color managementAn understanding of the basic principles of design for accessibilityA strong command of the English languageQualifications:Your design talent and exacting standards will help us deliver beautiful and effective work that maintains our brand leadership in the marketplaceYou'll design projects across a wide variety of print, digital and environmental needs for sales, marketing and communications You'll guide projects through the entire design process, from initial briefs through design and productionYou'll be an expert in our assets, guidelines and systems, including how and when they are usedYoull work closely with others designers in the studio, sharing ideas and insights, participating in creative reviews, and building a positive and inspiring studio environmentYou'll leverage studio tools to track the status of work, organizing and maintaining files and internal systems, and proactively staying ahead of any issues
