· Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions, and facilitate deployment of projects that contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives. · Plan and monitor resource deployment to ensure budget assumptions and compliance. · Implement training needs for TLs and own team to ensure competency development across operations. · Implement quality plan, including control, assurance, and improvement. · Conduct periodic reviews and monitor daily dashboard with own team, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery predictability. · Review process compliance and sign off SOP changes.
