HR ASSISTANT - RECRUITMENT

**Responsibilities**:
Assists HR Manager in all HR tasks as assigned
Schedules and conducts preliminary screening of applicants Ensures that recruitment needs will be met in accordance with the company?s standard
Prepares company pre-employment forms needed for new hires
Reviews the completeness of all pre-employment forms and pre-employment requirements
Facilitates orientation of newly hired employees

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any HR related courses
Must have at least 1 year experience as Human Resources Assistant
Must have experience in Recruitment, preferably in BPO industry
Must have a working knowledge on all facets of HR
Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
