Qualifications:

- Graduate of a 4-year course
- At least 6 months work experience as frontliner or receptionist
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Good communication skills (English; oral and written)
- Highly organized and keen to details
- Good time management

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the respective individual or department;
- Greet and assist office guests;
- Perform secretarial and/or administrative tasks to an assigned area specified by the Client;
- Arrange and schedule meetings, and/or events for individuals or groups;
- File different type of documents;
- Manage, disseminate and store various types of documentation;
- Sort and distribute mails; respond to correspondences; compile documents as support to reports.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
