Details of the offer

**_Responsibilities: _**
- _Attend to the needs and concerns of employees._
- _Assist in the development of company policies and procedures._
- _Closely observe if implemented policies are being followed._
- _In charge of giving show cause memos who commit an offense against our company policy._
- _Monitor the schedule of employee evaluation._
- _Monitor employees' attendance._
- _Able to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality._
- _Maintain records or files and respond to visitors and telephone calls._
- _Perform any task related to work that will be assigned by her Superior._

**_Qualifications: _**
- _Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Office / Human Resources / Psychology / Business_
- _related courses_
- _Preferably with at least 2 years work-related experience_
- _Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel is a must)_
- _Must be trustworthy, analytical, and can work with minimum supervision_
- _Fresh graduates are welcome to apply_
- _Must be willing to work in Quezon City_
- _With own service for transportation or just living nearby is an advantage._

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cubao Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
