Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth in the architecture and construction sectors.
2. Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and assessing their position in the industry.
3. Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients, showcasing our service offerings.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management and design, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategically position our services.
6. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitable outcomes and client satisfaction.
7. Maintain comprehensive sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, ideally within the construction or architecture sector.
3. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
4. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting proposals and negotiating with clients.
